Circondato da un magnifico parco di alberi secolari, ai piedi delle colline appenniniche, l’Hotel Ca’ Vecchia è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godere della buona cucina emiliana. Lontano dal frastuono della città, si trova a 14 km da Bologna, a 1 km da Sasso Marconi e a pochi minuti di auto dal fiume Reno e dalle dolci colline marconiane. Oggi Ca’ Vecchia è un complesso alberghiero dotato di tutti i comfort: ampie camere, un ristorante con cucina tipica emiliana, un’area sosta camper e un parco con un percorso natura. La presenza di sale dedicate a congressi e meeting fa di Ca’ Vecchia il luogo perfette per coloro che cercano un’offerta che unisca il fascino della campagna alla comodità di trovarsi un'area facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto di Bologna e dell’Autostrada A1 Bologna-Firenze.
La struttura principale dell’hotel, risalente al 1770, era una casa padronale con tre ampie sale con camino e otto camere, un posto per il calesse, tre salette di servizio e un pozzo interno all’abitazione. A questa, si aggiungeva un oratorio (poi destinato a laboratorio per la lavorazione del formaggio e a forno per il pane), un fienile con stalla annessa (l’attuale ristorante) e un secondo fienile dietro la casa padronale (una delle attuali dépendance).

The main structure of the hotel, dating back to 1770, was a manor house with three large rooms with a fireplace and eight rooms, a place for a horse-drawn buggy, three service rooms and a well inside the house. In addition to this, there was an oratory (later used as a cheese-making workshop and bread oven), a barn with an attached stable (today's restaurant) and a second barn behind the manor house (one of today's annexes).
Umgeben von einem herrlichen Park mit jahrhundertealten Bäumen, am Fuße der Apenninen, ist das Hotel Ca' Vecchia der ideale Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die köstliche emilianische Küche zu genießen. Das Hauptgebäude des Hotels aus dem Jahr 1770 war ein Herrenhaus mit drei großen Kaminzimmern und acht Zimmern, einem Platz für einen Einspänner, drei Wirtschaftsräumen und einem Brunnen im Inneren des Hauses. Darüber hinaus gab es ein Oratorium (später als Käserei und Brotbackofen genutzt), eine Scheune mit angebautem Stall (das heutige Restaurant) und eine zweite Scheune hinter dem Herrenhaus (eines der heutigen Nebengebäude).
